Join us for a monthly journey of leadership exploration at PEBC’s Leadership Lunch Series. This interactive series is designed to help you develop and refine your leadership approach. Each month, we will provide opportunities for networking and delve into thought-provoking topics, guided by Dr. Ashlee Saddler, Director of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education at Aurora Public Schools.

This series is applicable to education leaders at all levels – from aspiring classroom leaders to current administrators.

While we welcome individual session registrations, enrolling in the full series maximizes the impact of these luncheons.

Ashlee Saddler is the District Support Chief for the University of Virginia, Partnership for Leaders in Education. Over the past 16 years, Ashlee has proven to be a successful leader and has served as a principal and assistant principal in the district. Ashlee embodies hard work, dedication, and integrity while creating an infectious energy that drives others to be their best.  Ashlee holds herself and others to high expectations, a value held throughout her career.

Ashlee earned Master’s Degrees from Colorado State University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her doctoral studies at Baylor University. Ashlee’s passion for supporting and developing others has extended to her doctoral research, which centers around professional learning for principals.  

In support of the larger educational community, Ashlee serves as a leadership coach through the Public Education and Business Coalition (PEBC). Through Ashlee’s consulting business, she facilitates leadership development to leaders in business, educational, private, and non-profit sectors. Ashlee also consults through the University of Virginia’s Partnership for Leaders in Education (UVA-PLE) program. In the UVA-PLE program, Ashlee supports leaders in turnaround schools to strengthen, develop, and refine their instructional and operational leadership skills. Ashlee enjoys public speaking, presenting to educators, growing and developing as a leader, and mentoring upcoming leaders.
