The Pre-Bachelor’s pathway is designed for folks who will one day make great teachers and who need to start or complete a Bachelor’s degree. This pathway is great for those who may even have substantial educational experience such as paraprofessionals and teaching aides.
Students will be supported by our partners at AdvanceEDU to enroll at CSU Global and access as many financial aid and scholarship opportunities as possible. Once enrolled, students take online classes which are self-paced and flexible, ideal for working adults.
After students have completed this Bachelor’s program, they move forward with preferential admissions into the PEBC Traditional Residency or Teacher of Record licensure pathway.

This program is structured so well that it allows me to prioritize my time to successfully get everything done within my courses, as well as my day-to-day things outside of school. I have taken courses such as Applying Leadership Principles that gave me a strong foundation that I can use in my classroom. It gave me insight on my leadership styles and what works best in settings such as my classroom and also allowed me to strategize how to work with different level students and coworkers.

From getting my application to the program, to registering for classes, to filling out my financial aid, I have had constant support with all of it. Applying for my Pell grants and my student loans was easy and quick thanks to the financial office and their assistance. My student success coach is Sung Ahn and he is AMAZING. He has been in constant contact with me and assisted me with getting started and navigating my way through the first few courses. His personable and outgoing demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident that I have what it takes to succeed in these courses. Anytime I was confused or needed assistance with anything he was there to lend a hand or email whoever we needed to get some answers. I truly could not do this without him!
