Application Process

We are thrilled that you are interested in working with PEBC to become an ECE, Special Education, Elementary, or Secondary teacher!

Residents can earn between $10,000-$33,000 while they learn alongside a mentor teacher during the 2025-2026 school year!

The admissions process is the same for the Traditional Residency, Teacher of Record and Special Education pathways. For the New American and AdvanceEdu pathways a PEBC staff member will reach out to you after you submit your application.

Teacher of Record Winter Start Application Deadline: December 1, 2024 (Lead teacher job offer required)

Priority Application Window: August 1, 2024-December 31, 2024 (Save $100 on your deposit!)

Regular Application Window: January 1, 2025-March 1, 2025

Extended Application Window: March 2, 2025-April 31, 2025

Individual Basis: May 3, 2025-June 31, 2025
