What does phenomenal leadership look like in practice—and how can leaders create the conditions for both educators and students to thrive? Fostering Phenomenal Leadership is a two-day learning experience designed specifically for building and district leaders who want to deepen their leadership practice, learn alongside peers, and see effective leadership in action.
Grounded in PEBC’s Phenomenal Teaching and Leadership Frameworks, participants will explore the connection between instructional leadership, organizational culture, and the systems that support great teaching and learning. Leaders will move beyond theory through a Leadership Lab Experience at a PEBC partner school, where they’ll observe Phenomenal Leadership in practice, engage with host leaders, and reflect on implications for their own schools and districts. Throughout the two days, participants will have dedicated opportunities to connect, reflect, and translate their learning into actionable next steps for their own context.
