Fostering environments where staff thrives requires developing skills, knowledge, and actions through a layered approach. In this interactive session, school leaders and DEI practitioners will explore high-impact strategies to engage in effective systems change work in three domains: as individuals, within teams, and within the broader organization. Participants will leave with essential action items to move their school community along on their DEI journey.
