Led by Dr. Katy Anthes, former Colorado Commissioner of Education and current Director of the FORWARD Initiative at PEBC, this forum will combine a short keynote with facilitated table conversations to help participants: Build greater awareness and empathy for how polarization is affecting the education workforce; Gain practical, research-informed strategies for navigating high-conflict situations; and Explore how leaders across education, business, and community organizations can move FORWARD — together This is not a panel or lecture-style event. Participants will engage with ideas that translate into real-world action.
