Urban Admission Process
The urban cohort will serve students in Metro Denver. Residents can choose the traditional residency pathway or the Teacher of Record pathway. Learn more about the pathways.
Priority Application Window: Aug. 1 - Nov. 30
Regular Application Window: Dec. 1 - Feb. 22
Extended Application Window: We are currently in our extended application window for our 2021-22 Denver Metro Cohort. We are still accepting applications for both licensure pathways and all content areas. If you are interested in joining our traditional residency pathway as a resident teaching Secondary Social Studies in the Denver Metro Cohort, we are currently on a waitlist.

- Urban Teacher of Record Pre-Screen *Teacher of Record Candidates only
- Initial Phone Interview
- Selection Day Notification
- Selection Day
- Acceptance Decision
- Program Starts with Summer Institute in July

Rural Admission Process
The rural cohort will serve students in Southwest Colorado, San Luis Valley, Eagle County, and Aspen. Residents can choose the traditional residency pathway or the Teacher of Record pathway. Learn more about the pathways.
Applications Accepted on a Rolling Basis: Aug. 1 - June 30
