Sue Sava, MA

This year, Sue has been juggling her role as Executive Director of Stanley Teacher Prep with PEBC policy work, such as the ESSA  convenings.  She will now be focusing all of her efforts on the policy work, effective immediately; and Sarah Glover will lead the Stanley Teacher Prep program.

In this role, Sue will work with stakeholders from across the state and country to positively promote policy that supports the values and guiding principles of PEBC.  She is engaged already in several state and national initiatives including #TeachStrong, CO Education Preparation Innovation Coalition, and the State Summit for the newly authorized Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).

Sue has worn many hats over her 24-year career as an educator. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to advocate for the elevation of teachers and leaders and most importantly, for the students whom they serve. She will draw from her education experience as well as her deep knowledge of systems in her new role. We are thrilled to have her talents focused on important policy work on behalf of the organization; and ultimately on our education system.

Sue cherishes her professional relationships and looks forward to working with her network in her new role. At this time, if Stanley Teacher Prep questions arise, please contact Sarah Glover at [email protected] or  720-598-5033.
