Joyce has worked with PEBC for over four years, and focuses on leadership development and system improvement. She collaboratively facilitates PEBC’s Dynamic Leadership and Dynamic Schools Institutes, and provides support for leadership coaches.
Joyce integrates her experience as an Adaptive Schools training associate, extensive background in advanced Cognitive Coaching, and knowledge of systems thinking, to engage leaders in cultivating and advancing organizational learning.
Joyce is a retired Community Superintendent from Jeffco Public Schools, and past president of Learning Forward Colorado. She earned her Master’s degree from Colorado State University, and her Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College.
