Southwest Field Manager
The Field Manager supports residents as they acquire the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to become an effective classroom teacher. The Field Manager works alongside a team of educators to develop and facilitate licensure coursework for residents during our year-long residency program. The Field Manager also engages in regular coaching cycles with residents to facilitate their growth in applying educational theory to practice. A Field Manager exhibits the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, deliver relevant and engaging facilitation, and have rich classroom experiences to draw from in order to support residents in successfully transferring theory into practice.
