The Office Coordinator is responsible for general office and clerical duties, including: customer service, managing office supply inventory and ordering, maintaining community spaces, incoming and outgoing mail, executive support, travel arrangements, equipment maintenance and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will set the professional tone of the office, have the ability to keep confidentiality, and work well with a wide variety of people.
