Rural Field Manager

The Field Manager leads BTR’s teacher preparation work as the primary instructor and coach of BTR’s resident teachers in the Field Manager’s region/cohort. This position is a critical member and leader of BTR’s Instructional team, collaborating with instructors statewide on licensure coursework, and as a liaison between BTR and our partner school districts.

Field Coach (Rural)

PEBC is in search of a Field Coach to work alongside a team of educators to provide coaching, feedback, and personalized guidance to a cohort of BTR resident teachers and first year teachers in the Durango and Cortez area. The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, deliver relevant and engaging coaching and feedback (both formal and informal), and have rich classroom experiences to draw from in order to support residents in successfully transferring theory into practice.

Clinical Instructor (Rural) 

PEBC is in search of a Clinical Instructor to work alongside a team of educators to develop and facilitate licensure coursework for residents during our year-long residency program. The successful candidate will exhibit the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, deliver relevant and engaging facilitation, and
have rich classroom experiences to draw from in order to support residents in successfully transferring theory into practice.

AmeriCorps Coordinator

The AmeriCorps Coordinator will collaborate with PEBC’s Residency Leadership Team to develop a plan for
the implementation of an AmeriCorps Teacher Residency pathway. This position is a critical member and
leader of the execution of this grant and the residency’s expansion to support rural teacher recruitment and
retention in Colorado.

Administrative Assistant 

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office and clerical duties, including: customer service,
managing office supply inventory and ordering, maintaining community spaces, incoming and outgoing mail,
executive support, equipment maintenance and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate
will set the professional tone of the office, have the ability to keep confidentiality, and work well with a wide
variety of people.
