The Recruitment and Admission Coordinator will coordinate and perform all aspects of the Boettcher Teacher Residency recruitment process including promotion of the Residency, supporting candidates through the application process, participating in cohort selection and monitoring retention. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for developing strong relationships with school and district partners as well as school support specialists in urban and rural Colorado to establish a robust candidate pipeline that ensures the recruitment of diverse teacher in to hard to fill content areas such as Mathematics and Science.
